Curried Corn Soup

There’s been a really chill in the air lately, and now it’s time to make some stews and soups for Fall.  This corn soup is a real winner.

Sue made up a really nice home made pizza to go with it – basil pesto in place of tomato sauce; lightly blanched spinach, pre-cooked diced chicken.  Very nice.
